Urgent Letter from Father Frank Pavone (Newsmax)

Dear Friends,

I am so proud to be part of the Newsmax Family, and grateful that you are as well! And I can use a bit of your help today!

As many of you know or have seen on the news, I serve as the director of the largest pro-life ministry in the Catholic Church, Priests for Life.

And I’ve been leading this work for 30 years!

Popes, presidents, and countless people nationwide and around the world have supported this work.

We educate and mobilize people to protect the unborn and to help young moms fi nd alternatives to abortion.

We oversee the world’s largest ministry for healing after abortion.

We help the Holy Father defend the right to life and the freedom of the Church internationally.

We provide training and resources to clergy to preach clearly and counsel compassionately about abortion.

We work to elect pro-life candidates and pass pro-life laws. We broadcast and publish, conduct prayer campaigns, train youth, and much more!

Mother Teresa of Calcutta endorsed my work, as did many others, including St. John Paul II for whom I worked for a while at the Vatican.

Yet as we know, cancel culture is alive and well – not only in the political arena, but even in the Church!

And some bishops who do not like the work I do have convinced the Vatican to throw me out of the priesthood!

They weaponize the institutions and procedures in the Church to cancel their ideological opponents, much like the left does in the political arena.

They complain I’m too political, or too focused on abortion.

In my experience, people want to see their clergy leading the fl ock to defend the values in which we believe, not sit back and watch them be attacked.

And they want to build a Culture of Life for their children and grandchildren.

I love the Church. I’m going to fi ght for my priesthood.

I’m appealing to Pope Francis to reverse this decision and let me continue doing the ministry I’ve done since 1993.

And one of the ways I can resolve this situation is to show the Pope and the bishops the tremendous support we have among God’s people.

If you believe in the kind of work I’ve briefl y described, would you accept my invitation to be part of it? Our main website, www.EndAbortion.US, shows you how to connect with the many things we do.

We are not fi nancially supported by the Vatican or dioceses, but as a 501 (c)-3 entity, rely on the donations of people like you.

You can make a tax-deductible gift at www.ProLifeGifts. com.

It will be used to save lives, heal hearts, educate and mobilize voters, and strengthen the clergy to defend our values.

I love the Church.

I’m remaining in union with the Church.

And I’m going to continue serving this greatest human rights movement of our day, the pro-life movement!

And I’m going to continue serving the marvelous work of Newsmax as a news source people can trust!

Thank you in advance for your consideration of a Christmas and end-of-year gift to this important work.

Sincerely,

Fr. Frank Pavone

Appeal for Year-of-End Gift

We’ve seen a continuing trend in education as of late. One in which teachers, school staff members, and even members of our government are making the important decisions about what, how, why, and when your child is being taught things.

Now, as some members of the school, as well as the government, are parents themselves, this isn’t always a bad thing. Chances are if this is the case, they are making decisions based on what they honestly believe will be best for their child as well as others.

Unfortunately, that’s not always something we can rely on.

There is also the fact that some of those individuals just have different values than you and I. As a result, they may be more focused on teaching our kids that than what they may actually need to learn.

So, the question is, should we let those people continue educating or making educational decisions for our children and us? Or should we take charge?

We’d like to know your opinion on the matter. Take our quick and anonymous poll to let us know.
